Do they fit all cars?

We offer two universal size variants: V1 and V2. V1 fits most standard vehicles, while V2 is designed for cars with floor-mounted gas pedals.

What if the mats don’t fit my car?

No problem! If the mats don’t fit, you can return them or exchange them for a different size.

Will the mats slip around?

Our car mats feature a non-slip backing, ensuring they stay securely in place while you’re driving.

How do I clean the mats?

You can clean our mats just like regular car mats. Simply use any standard cleaning product to remove dirt or stains.

What if you don’t ship to my country?

If we don't ship to your country, please email us at contact@orientalismunich.de or send a direct message to @orientalismunich. We’ll do our best to add your country to our shipping list.

Can I order a custom set of mats?

Absolutely! On the product page, choose the “Custom” option at the size selector and provide details about your car’s make and model.

What does it mean to pre-order?

We restock every few months, and our mats often sell out quickly. By placing a pre-order, you’re reserving your set ahead of the next restock. The estimated date shown on the product page (below the order button) indicates when you can expect to receive your mats once they’re back in stock and shipped out to you.

When will my order arrive?

If you place your order before 20:00 CET and the item is in stock, we’ll ship it out the same day. Delivery typically takes 1–10 days, depending on your location. For a more precise estimate, check the product page.

What should I do if I haven’t received a confirmation email after ordering?

Sometimes our confirmation emails end up in the spam folder, so please check there first. If you still can’t find it, reach out to us at contact@orientalismunich.de and we’ll be happy to assist.

Where can I track my order?

If your order has been shipped out, you will receive an email containing a tracking link that you can use to track your order.
